• The content located at those URLs
• Ensuring you have the right to share such URLs

We do not monitor, verify, or take responsibility for the content of URLs shared through the Service.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

10.1 Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.

Access logs may be retained for at least 90 days for security and analytics purposes.

10.2 Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at nealsoni00@gmail.com. Upon deletion:

• Your account information will be removed
• Protected URLs you created will be deactivated
• Access logs older than 30 days will be deleted
• Some information may be retained for legal or security purposes

11. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including:

• Google OAuth for authentication
• Vercel for hosting
• PostgreSQL database services
• Video embedding services (Loom, YouTube, Vimeo)
  

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services.

12. Security

12.1 Our Commitments

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, including:

• Encrypted password storage using bcrypt
• HTTPS encryption for data in transit
• Secure authentication via NextAuth.js
• Regular security updates

12.2 Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Using strong, unique passwords for protected URLs
• Monitoring access to your shared URLs
• Reporting security vulnerabilities to us

12.3 No Guarantee

While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

We cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you believe content accessed through the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us at nealsoni00@gmail.com with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• The URL in question
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
• Your physical or electronic signature

14. Governing Law and Disputes

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:
